Join us Thursday, October 7, 2021 to savor a vaquero culinary experience from BBQ pitmaster and published cookbook author, Adrian Davila of Davila's BBQ in Seguin, Texas. Learn firsthand the culinary traditions used by the vaquero and vaquera.
Guests will enjoy a presentation and hands on demonstration of traditional vaquero cooking style, using similar methods as vaqueros would on the range. Following the hands on demonstration, Adrian will guide guests through a three-course meal featuring recipes from his cookbook: Cowboy Barbecue: Fire & Smoke from the Original Texas Vaqueros.
The evening will include a book signing and raffle drawing. $10 Raffle tickets available to win the door prize:
